Framme, tre torsk och ett avbrutet spö

Kom fram halv ett tagit tre små torskar och hann bryta av ett spö också inom en kvart. Nu dags för inskrivning...

Dags för avfärd

Bläddrade i fiskejournalen på ok. Undras hur många år man ska fylla varje nummer u fisketidningarna med hur man vertikaljiggar. Herregud jigga jiggen lite vid botten, thats it. Mer om havsfiske tack:) ( detta nummer provade de både fluga och jerk på hälle ska tilläggas)

I morgon bär det av

Tidigt tisdag morgon bär det av mot Saltströmmen och massor med hungriga hälleflundror. I sista minuten kom YGK linorna, krokarna och speedpilkarna man beställt. Havsöringsfisket verkar lovande enligt rapport i Salströmmen. Varit tävling där i helgen och många fina havsöringar har rapporterats med en topp på 10 kg blankt.

Saltströmmen nästa

Tisdagen den 8:e Juni bär det av till Saltströmmen för främst Hälleflundrafiske men även en del riktat fiske efter havsöring. Nya Jigging Master PE3 rullen ska naturligtvis testas och förhoppningsvis får man nöta på bromsarna både en och två gånger.

Mieko Predator levererar

Det verkar som att flundrorna gillade nya Mieko Predator jiggen. En topp på 164 cm gör att det vattnas i munnen. Längtar till september, hoppas de är ännu mer på hugget då.

Jigging Master PE reel take apart part 1

Found this video on Youtube, some of the guys at 7seas proshop is taking a jm reel apart. I don´t have a clue what he is saying, but it seems important around 5 minutes in the movie when he unscrews the drag lever and what position its in when its done. One difference to the accurate reel is that the Accurate seems to have a cover for the brakediscs at the gearside of the reel. The Jigging Master PE reel only seems to have that on the left side of the reel. If it makes any difference in real life I don´t know.

Jigging Master pe 3 arrived today

Today (monday may 24) at 8 am in the morning the wonderful Jigging Master pe3 reel arrived. It was shipped on friday morning from Los Angeles. Very impressive shipping time to have it in Luleå in the north of Sweden first thing monday morning. The reel feels very good, just had a short time to look at it this morning but I think this will be the reel I´m gonna use most of the time in Norway. The Accurate Boss Magnum 870 will now be for sale…

I will fill it with the YGK Ultra Jigman pe line 47 lb. The best line around, smooth and strong, perhaps not the cheapest at 110 USD for 300 meter. That amount of money will give you 1370 meters of power pro:) But the best reel should only be matched with the best line:)

Jigging Master Limited Edition PE3 reel

Latest reel for the collection, the awesome Jigging Master Limited Edition PE3 muted reel. Serial nr 20 :) Will hopefully get it next week, here is a sample of how it looks. This is a small but unbelivable strong and robust reel that handles almost any fish. Veckans fiskefilm, Jigging technique Jigging master 100g rod

Here you can see an example of excellent jigging techique. Lots of speed and timing. A lovely rod, the Jigging master 100g power spell I think it is. Max drag 10 kg, rekommended lure weight 100g. Will order one of those but probably the 150 g and 12 kg max drag power spell rod.
